CYSUM and RICH BIT are our brands. We started to produce electric bikes since 2010, and researched and developed several popular models like fat tire ebike with production capacity of 500-1000 units per month.
CYSUM and RICH BIT electric bikes have special design different from other suppliers, more beautiful color choices and some patented frame structure. Some models like RICH BIT TOP-022 already got some fame in some EU countries, most clients knew this model and brand.
We aim to adovate the faith of “Funny Riding, Healthy Riding, Eco-friendly Riding”. Riding can be bought lots of benefits to every people around the world, whatever electric or non-electric bikes. There is no doubt that they offer more convenience on short trips for people, and also reduce more carbon dioxide because they don’t release harmful gases.

2008 - Start into ebike business.
2013 - Found the manufacturer of RICH BIT.
2015 - Mainly exported electric fat bikes to Europe countries like UK, France, Spain and so on.
2016 - Start to find some cooperated warehouses in Europe, Japan and North America, and send more products.
2018 - Already offered 20+ models to foreign partners in Souhteast Asia and Western Europe and North America.
2020 - Registered a new brand CYSUM for promoting some new electric bikes.
2021 - Expanding our factory scale for development.
2022 - Welcome foreign clients talk any new possible coooperation plans on video meetings.

1 Raw material control
At our loacl area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.
2 Workshop
Our staffs will pay more attention while assembling spare parts, we can discover problems timely and then solve them quickly. Each steps have related standard to check everything, like frame to check appearance, like throttle to check its completeness and function.
3 Quality Control

4 Quality Complain
If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
